Overcoming Imposter Syndrome in Tech

As a software engineer, I often struggled with Imposter syndrome.
I kept thinking:
- "Everyone is better than me"
- "I should do better, I'm not good enough"
- "If I ask questions, I will look stupid"
Even working harder didn't help me feel better.
What helped me instead:
- Document your wins.
- Accept it, almost everyone gets it from time to time.
- Stop comparing yourself to others. Instead, compare yourself to who you were before, and focus on your goals.
Setting goals and achieving them is how you build confidence, not by attending a "magical" course.
