Stop Calling Yourself Junior or Mid-level

If you have been building software for years and you are great at it:
Stop labeling yourself as a "Junior" or "Mid-level."
Titles are very relative, you could be "Junior" somewhere and "Senior" somewhere else.
So you could be selling yourself short.
That said, stop chasing titles.
Titles come and go, but your skills will always stay.
