Stop wasting time grinding LeetCode

𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲!

I wish I had done this instead.

Before starting your interview preparation :

• Define what kind of companies you want to work at
• Try to reach out to people working there and ask about their interview process

From my experience, most startups and mid-sized companies focus more on :

• Your past projects
• Tech-stack skills
• System design questions

Still, you need basic problem-solving skills, like LeetCode Easy problems.

In short, LeetCode matters a lot for FAANG, but for smaller or mid-sized companies, your real-world experience matters more.

Btw you'll never feel 100% ready for the interview. Even if you don't get the job, you'll learn something new. It's always a WIN 👊
